And here's the card I created using these pretty colors and the scroll work. DRS Designs has a perfect heart stamp for this challenge, the Filagree Heart, which I stamped with VersaMark ink on Pretty in Pink, Bashful Blue and So Saffron CS, embossed with white EP and fussy cut.
The Happy Valentine's Day greeting was stamped on the white panel before embossing it with a Paper Studio Hearts folder. Some white lace was added before attaching the panel to the card base. I used pop dots on the hearts to give them a bit of dimension.
