Happy Wednesday! Here's a card I created for the Technique Lover's Challenge on SCS. It's a telescoping image technique.
I stamped my image twice and colored both with Copic markers. I then cut them out using the two larger square dies with the two smaller dies inside each square. This way I only had to color two images for four layers! After assembling the background, I just attached each square with foam dots for dimension.
I really like the result!! All stamps are DRS Designs: Girl Swirl Holly (G887) and Happy "Holly" Days (B888). The background is embossed with the Cuttlebug Snowflake folder. I added the striped ribbon and bow and then some scoring lines at the top and bottom to complete the look.
Until next time, shelia
Love your telescoped image! Nice job with the challenge!
ReplyDeleteThis produces a spectacular effect. I will have to give it a try when I get my Sizzix machine fixed. The holly looks great.
