Wow, can you believe it is already December? I guess now would be a
good time to get serious with the Christmas card making if you haven't
already started! My card today features the Stained Glass background stamp. These background stamps are easy to use and really look beautiful. I started by stamping the stained glass on white card stock with Memento Black ink and the main image in
black ink, then heat embossed it with black embossing powder. I used my
lightest colored Copic markers to color in the stained glass.
The
card base is black CS with a layer of white CS that was embossed with
the Swiss dots folder after die cutting the window with a nestie die. I
used the same die and the next size up to cut the black frame. Some
velvety black ribbon and rhinestones finish the look. Hope you like it!
