The card base is white. The image is stamped in Memento Black on white cs, colored with Copics and layered on the white base. The blue panel was punched with a MS snowflake border punch, then an oval was cut out with a nestie die. I stamped Merry Christmas on the panel and then attached it to the card to frame the snowman. A couple of white snowflakes were added to finish it off.
