Challenge

This week's challenge at DRS Designs is "On the Border." We want to see borders on your card. You can stamp the border, punch the border, die cut the border. You get the idea. Here's what I created.

I started by punching the star border out of white, blue and red CS and layering them on the white care base. The Let Freedom Ring sentiment was stamped on the white border strip with Memento Black ink. The top red panel was stamped with the Interlocking Star Background stamp in VersaMark ink. The Liberty Bell was stamped on white CS, colored with Copics, fussy cut and attached with foam dots. Some red, white and blue star buttons with baker's twine complete the look.
