Hope you had a good weekend. If you live in the states, then you may very well be enjoying a long weekend, since today is Martin Luther King Day. My husband has today off and will most likely spend his day in the basement working on his HO trains. He started this hobby last February and has been working steadily on it every since. He has a train station, logging center, a lake, mountains, even a cell phone tower! He even comes into my craft area to look for things he can use. He took one of my blue Copic markers to try and draw the lines for a handicap parking spot at his train station. It didn't show up on the dark pavement, but I had a blue sharpie that worked. It's really quite fun to see how creative he is being. Plus now if I say I'm going to Michael's or Hobby Lobby he says he wants to go along!
For today's card I started by stamping the snowman and masking him off while I stamped in the snow lines and the snowflakes in the sky area. After heat embossing the snowflakes, I added a mask for the snow lines and sponged on TH Tumbled Glass ink, then the snowman was colored in with Copics. The greeting was cut in half and stamped onto pink CS and die cut with a SB nestie banner die. Once this panel was attached to the card base, I added the die cut hearts to look like he's juggling them. A snowflake and pink half pearl complete the look.
Thanks for stopping by today.
