Here's the sketch layout:
And here's the cupcake for inspiration:
And the my card:
I turned the sketch sideways to fit my image better. To begin I stamped the Flamingo Palm Tree Scene on white CS with Memento Black ink, colored it with Copics, cut it into a rectangle and layered it onto blue CS and then kraft CS. I added some Wink of Stella to the ripples in the pool for some sparkle. The blue panel was embossed with the CS Swirls EF, layered on kraft CS and attached to the white card base. The kraft panel was stamped with the splatter background with Memento Cocoa ink and then a few places had some Wink of Stella added. Last the starfish from the 4 in 1 sea shells was stamped on white CS, colored with Copics, fussy and attached with foam dots for dimension. I also added some Wink of Stells to the starfish.
